Combining his experience in the business sector with his commitment to social service and Sanatan traditions, Agra-based entrepreneur Mr. Sarvesh Kumar Jain has taken on a new organisational responsibility as District Commander of Kalki Sena, Agra City.
His appointment was formally confirmed at a special ceremony organised at Kalki Sena’s Central Command Headquarters in Lucknow. The organisation’s Chief, Wing Commander Dr. Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi (R), personally handed over the Kalki Sena organisational flag to Mr. Jain, marking the formal commencement of his tenure.
The appointment ceremony was attended by Adjutant General Mr. Gaurav Pandey and other senior functionaries of the organisation.
In accordance with the organisation’s traditional appointment protocol, Wing Commander Dr. Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi (R) and Adjutant General Mr. Gaurav Pandey placed the Kalki Sena beret on Mr. Jain’s head. The ceremonial presentation represented his formal induction and confirmation as District Commander, Agra City.
Mr. Jain assumes the position following the transition of the previous District Commander to the Central Headquarters.
JT Chains: An established business enterprise
Mr. Sarvesh Kumar Jain is a recognised entrepreneur and social worker from Agra. He is associated with the jewellery and idol manufacturing industry and runs his reputed business enterprise, JT Chains.
The firm’s commercial activities extend across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. Its presence in multiple states reflects Mr. Jain’s experience in entrepreneurship and business management.
His professional journey has also been accompanied by an active association with social and cultural initiatives. He is a Board Member of Kalki Sena and a member of its senior leadership team.

Kalki Sena also identifies civil defence and constructive public participation as important areas of its work.
Its stated objective is to create a bridge between citizens and institutions such as the police, armed forces, paramilitary forces and civil administration.

Its objective of bringing the public closer to the police, armed forces, paramilitary forces and administration through civil defence awareness and constructive cooperation is important for society.
“I also believe that the preservation of our Sanatan temples, maths, saints, religious institutions and symbols is essential for safeguarding our cultural heritage. Our traditions are part of our civilisational identity, and we must encourage the younger generation to understand and preserve them.
“As District Commander of Agra City, my priority will be to strengthen the local organisational structure, encourage committed volunteers, undertake constructive social initiatives and contribute to national unity. I will carry out my responsibilities under the guidance of our Chief and senior leadership with complete dedication.”
